Phaedra Corso, Associate Director with OIBR, Profiled in President’s FY2017 Annual Report

Corso Phaedra We are so proud of our very own Phaedra S. Corso, Ph.D.!! She is one of fifteen people profiled in the Fiscal Year 2017 Annual Report from the President’s office. In addition to being the Associate Director for the Owens Institute for Behavioral Research, she is also a UGA Foundation Professor in Human Health and the Director of the Economic Evaluation Research Group. Her research analyzes the costs and impacts of public health interventions on critical societal challenges such as violence, substance abuse, and childhood obesity. She is a two-time recipient of the College of Public Health’s Outstanding Teaching Award and a recipient of the UGA Creative Research Medal. For more information, go here.
